We care more about what you have made than where you studied. Send us work we can look at — a site you built, a brand you designed, a system you shipped, a campaign you ran. If you are early in your career and do not have much yet, send the one thing you are proudest of and tell us what you would do differently now.
Our team is punctual, accountable, and operates with integrity and sincerity. That is the bar. Talent without follow-through does not work here.
